License Agreement for UiPath SAP Scripting Package
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Otomo Solutions for the use of the UiPath SAP Scripting Package (the "Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly return the unused Software to Otomo Solutions for a full refund.
1. License Grant:
Otomo Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Permitted Use:
You may install and use the Software on the number of devices specified by the license you purchased. The Software is licensed, not sold.
3. Restrictions:
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to any third party.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
4. Updates and Support:
During the license term, you are entitled to receive updates and support for the Software.
5. Termination:
This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein.
6. Ownership:
Otomo Solutions retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trade secrets, and intellectual property rights.
7. Limited Warranty:
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Otomo Solutions does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Otomo Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Software.
9. Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vienna/Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Otomo Solutions regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
